McNeil High School Project Graduation 2018

Meeting called to order at 6:00 PM

First Business- Treasurer
Heidi Pickerill was named as Treasurer
Heidi is working on getting the PG 2018 account switched over to the PG 2019 account through Chase Bank. She needs the minutes from the July 18, 2018 meeting as well as the minutes from tonight July 30, 2018.
We needed to name 3 check signers for the PG19 account. Allison Wren motioned Heidi Pickerill, Janet Mandeville and Janie Holder to be our PG2019 check signers. It was seconded by Yvonne Jeffrey. Motion was approved.
The school allows 2 dates to be used as tax free days. Janie holder motioned that Meet the Mavs on Aug 10, 2018 and Open House on Aug 29, 2018 be used as our tax free days. Janet Mandeville seconded the motion. Motion was approved.
It was determined that Heidi will set up our bank account to accept credit card payments via a square. All credit card payments will be charged a $1.00 convenience fee, the exception being for parking spot payments which will be a $3.00 convenience fee. All convenience fees will be used to cover the expense of using the square.
Second Business- Fundraisers
Parking Spaces- Aug 10th
Spaces will be sold at Meet the Mavs on Aug 10, 2018 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. We are assuming that all spots will be sold on that date.
Spots will be sold for $100 each with 100 spots to be sold. All spots are on a first come first serve bases.
Cash, check a credit card will be accepted. A $3.00 convenience fee will be added to credit card purchases.

Parent T-Shirt Sales- Starting Aug 10th
Yvonne Jeffrey will look into t-shirt printing a prices
The I Heart My McNeil Senior logo will be used
Fans- Starting Aug 10th
Janet Mandeville will be purchasing 250 fans to be sold at Meet the Mavs, football games, ectō
Fans will be sold for $3.00 each or 2 for $5.00
Flocking- Starting Aug 10th
Committee Chairs Liz Alvarado & Rebecca Meisch
Need to look into getting new plastic signs for flocking.
Vet Clinics- Sept & Spring
Yvonne Jeffrey is going to inquire into dates from the vet
Parent Donations- Letter goes out in Nov. Link is already on website
Tonya Coy suggested via email that any $100 donation also receives a free t-shirt and flocking
Spirit Night-?
Holiday Bazaar- Nov 3, 2019 (tentative)
Combining this with the Easter Seals Fundraiser
Need a Committee Chair to run this
Covert Ford- March or April
Project Graduation Night- Main Event
Yvonne Jeffrey will call to check if all the attendees need to wear the same shirt. If not we will go with PG19 braceletҳ
Janet Mandeville will call hypnotist to secure the date
